The units are designed for the preparation and supply of reagent - chemically active liquids: acids, alkalis, salts, solvents, paints, detergents, disinfectant solutions, fuels, oils, etc.

The standard kit includes a container, pipe strapping, level sensors, a mixing device and a metering pump.

The pumps of the blocks can be equipped with explosion-proof electric motors, while double mechanical seals of the "tandem" or "back to back" type are installed.

The selection of the mechanical seal design option is made depending on the type of medium for each specific case.

The operating temperature of the BPR can range from -40 °C to +140 °C (-50 ° C +200 ° C) and is negotiated at the stage of the Technical Specification. Additionally, the BPR is equipped with tanks for shut—off fluid, heating jackets and automatic hopper dispensers.
