Mobile thermodestruction services Factor-2000 ZHDT (also abbreviated as TDU-2000 ZHDT) are designed for thermal disposal of oil sludge with an extremely high content of mechanical impurities, smeared soils, drilling sludge, oil-containing waste generated during emergency spills of oil and petroleum products, solid waste and other bulk and pasty waste.

These installations have no analogues on the market — they are completely placed in two standard sea containers (40 and 20 ft) and can be transported from one work site to another with their subsequent launch within a day.

Areas of application: oil refining and oil-producing industries, solid waste landfills, hazardous waste landfills, industrial enterprises, oil and gas complex enterprises, sea and river ports.

The TDU Factor units have been manufactured since 2011 and operate in leading oil and service companies in Russia and CIS countries, including OAO Lukoil, OAO NK Rosneft and OAO Novatek.

The installations of the TDU Factor-2000 ZHDT series have a Certificate of conformity and a Permit for the use of Rostechnadzor. Also, the TDU Factor-2000 railway installations have passed the SEE of the central office of the RPN for more than 1100 types of waste of hazard classes III, IV and V (waste from mining and wastewater treatment; textile, chemical, food and printing industries; solid waste; waste from construction, repair, logging, fishing; sleepers, etc. - separate the list is available on request).

The principle of operation of the system

The sludge intended for disposal is fed by a bucket loader or by any other method into the receiving tank of the TDU-2000 ZHDT, from where it is dosed into the combustion chamber by a screw built into the bottom of the funnel.

The combustion chamber consists of a drum mounted on rollers and equipped with a rotating drive. The firing of the sludge in the drum is carried out using a burner running on diesel or other type of fuel, with a system of forced supply of additional air.

Due to the fact that the drum has a slight slope, the sludge gradually moves from the receiving funnel to the ash discharge tray, being constantly exposed to high temperature (800-1200 ° C) and active oxygen purging.

The plant's performance, temperature, duration of sludge stay in the combustion chamber and, as a result, the intensity of its firing are regulated by several parameters — the speed of sludge supply to the combustion chamber, the operating mode of the burner, the amount of air supplied and the speed of rotation of the drum.

Exhaust gas purification is provided by forced afterburning of the exhaust gases in the combustion chamber with a separate burner, dust collectors and a modern wet scrubber with low resistance, knocking out heavy metals and other harmful impurities from the exhaust gases.
