The principle of operation of the installation

miniTDU by the principle of mechanization resembles a compact concrete mixer. The rotating combustion chamber can be turned in any direction within 210 degrees. This means that to prepare the waste for incineration, it is enough to tilt the combustion chamber towards the operator and load it.

Next, the combustion chamber is turned over to the other side until it is connected to the burner unit, which also selects the exhaust gases. Turning over the combustion chamber, the operator seals the connection with a semicircular hatch and switches on the thermal disposal process from the control panel.

02. Preparation for work

The combustion process involves continuous automatic rotation of the combustion chamber, its firing with a diesel fuel or gas burner, continuous supply of air into it, as well as continuous selection of exhaust gases that are afterburned and subjected to dry and wet cleaning.

03. Disposal

After incineration of waste, the unloading process takes place in reverse order — a semicircular hatch opens, the combustion chamber turns over towards the pit or the transport carrying out the ash acceptance. After that, the operator turns on the rotation and the sludge is removed automatically.

04. Unloading

It should be noted that, unlike analogues, the process of unloading ash for a minute does not require waiting for the combustion chamber to cool down.
