To date, our company designs, builds and supplies Soil Purification Plants (UOG-15), if necessary, equipped with an additional Module for Centrifugation of Oil Sludge (MC) for the needs of customers based on centrifuges and decanters of European production. The UOG-15 installations have all the permits, including a positive conclusion of the State Environmental Expertise.
The units of the UOG-15 series have been produced since 2009 and allow processing oil sludge and soils contaminated with petroleum products, regardless of the percentage of water, hydrocarbons and mechanical impurities.
Thanks to the patented technology of the variable geometry jet apparatus, the UOG-15 installations provide a unique technology for washing soils with water to indicators unattainable for other technologies in 400-500 ppm (0.04-0.05%) of residual oil content. At the same time, the installations separate the washed soil, unloading it into vehicles or solid waste containers, and carry out rough separation of the colloidal water-oil phase. If necessary, due to the use of MC installations, fine purification of water and hydrocarbons can be carried out to the requirements of GOST.
On April 7, pilot tests of the UOG-15 installation of a new model range, labeled T3, were completed. The new installation takes into account the shortcomings of previous models, in particular, the acceptance and soil preparation unit has been completely redesigned, the automation and control system has been modernized, and the length of pipelines has been reduced by about a quarter, which has reduced the duration of sludge in the hydraulic system of the installation. In addition, the UOG-15 is now supplied complete with a spare water treatment unit — for those cases when recycled water is difficult to clean in the stream, it can be defended in a spare unit.
