Modules of centrifugal separation of oil sludge and industrial effluents of the MC series

The installations of the MC series are modular complexes mounted on the basis of an open frame or standard sea containers, allowing work to be carried out offline and having the possibility of mobile transportation to the place of the necessary complex of works.

Depending on the configuration, they can carry out the following types of separation:
separation of the solid phase from the liquid (sludge thickening),
coarse separation of liquids with separation of the solid phase,
fine separation for the final purification of the separated water, hydrocarbons or other liquids.

Decanter centrifuges and disc separators from leading European manufacturers are used as separation equipment.

The composition, functionality and characteristics of the separation modules are always selected individually, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and in accordance with the parameters of the materials at the input and the required indicators at the output.

The minimum equipment that can be supplied within the MC module: decanter centrifuge or centrifugal separator, feeding screw pump, screw conveyor or screw-screw pump for the selection of the selected solid phase, pipelines, shut-off valves and automation. The maximum configuration is not limited.

MC modules are available both in general industrial design and explosion-proof in accordance with Russian (B-1) and international standards (Zone I, Zone II).

If necessary, the MC modules can be additionally equipped with reagent supply units (flocculants, coagulants, demulsifiers — depending on the requirements of the process), an averaging and heating capacity of raw materials, a nitrogen station, a boiler room, containers for purified products, etc.

The MC modules are supplied complete with a Permit for the use of Rostechnadzor, a Certificate of conformity, a Passport and an Operating Manual for the installation.

If necessary, additional permits can be obtained for the equipment.
